This is the second highest grade! Series 61 - number 79248, visible on the reverse via a blue hand stamp with the words "registered by the Imperial Ottoman Bank in Constantinople in 1877" and a second black stamp in the top center. Uniform "carpet" printing on the front (with green and light red). To date, only a dozen examples have been referenced in the PMG population database.
