Alphabet O.00 - number 00000, with a vertical SPECIMEN perforation on the left and right sides, printed in black "SPECIMEN N° 0192". The banknote features a portrait of Jean-Bedel BOKASSA in costume and the words "République Centrafricaine" in red in the upper center of the bill. Only 5 other examples are referenced in the PMG population database, but none with the very rare "EPQ" designation.
