Av. FRENCH REPUBLIC. Around the central perforation site, the Republic extends a protective veil over seated Indochina; below 1 CENT and (workshop) and (different); signature DANIEL-DUPUIS.
Rv. INDO-CHINE FRANÇAISE (date). Around the central perforation, cross-shaped characters.
